Philippine Airlines Airbus A320-214 RP-C8615 Takeoff

First of my first batch of silhouette pictures!

8615 takes-off at Manila from Runway 24 at dawn. Yes, the A320 is a commoner but this kind of shot is rather a rare one. This, I'd say, would be one of the few benefits of Runway 24 being active, provided that the sky is orange at dawn :) RP-C9901 (PAL's first A321) was supposed to fly at that day but she never came out. At least I got this shot!

I quite like the green and orange blend. Not sure if this livery is going to last any longer after the Zest Air-AirAsia merge. So far, there are no signs of mass livery repainting...

First time to catch SQ's series -300 777. Quite a long tube, if you'd ask me. I haven't seen the A340-600 yet, though.

Cathay Pacific Boeing 777-367(ER) B-KPF "Asia's World City"

B-KPF departs MNL on its way to HKG. She's a rare visitor here but it's not the first time she landed here. I rushed to the HQ upon knowing that she just landed in NAIA.

South East Asian Airlines (SEAir) / Tiger Airways Airbus A319-132 RP-C5320

Leased by Tiger, flown by SEAir. 5320 just landed in MNL, all-white with the Tiger tail. The heat haze wasn't severe, thankfully.

Cebu Pacific Airbus A330-343X RP-C3341 "Big Juan"

My first time to see her! This is Cebu Pacific's first A330, also known as "Big Juan". She departed Toulouse on the day the Airbus A350 had its first flight. It then arrived at MNL on the dawn of June 15, 2013. This is the newest model for the low cost airline. It can seat up to 436 passengers; making it the densest-configured A330 in the world. Currently, it serves the MNL to ICN and MNL to SIN routes of 5J. By October, it will be serving the future MNL-DXB route of the airline; by then the airline will have received their second A330, RP-C3342 (c/n 1445).
