I. All pictures and videos in this site (unless otherwise indicated) belong to the site owner, Diego Roxas.
II. The pictures and videos can be used/downloaded for the following purposes ONLY:
A. Personal viewing;
B. Personal use (such as using the images/videos as a desktop screensaver, etc.);
C. Projects (of which proper citation and watermark retention is required);
D. Any other purpose analogous to the mentioned above.
III. The blog post link can be shared to any site.
IV. The pictures and videos can be shared/embedded to other sites EXCEPT photo/video sharing sites*, provided that:
A. Proper credit/citation is provided (AT LEAST a link to the blog post, if the picture/video is uploaded);
B. The watermark is RETAINED from the original image;
C. I get a notification (though commenting on the post where the image/video is featured) that the picture/video is posted somewhere else, of which a link shall be provided. No response should be expected from me unless otherwise.
V. The following IS NOT ALLOWED (unless otherwise, in special cases, granted permission):
A. Reuploading/reposting to other photo/video sharing sites (even if credit is given to the owner);
B. Watermark removal. I will consider it as copyright infringement/plagiarism;
C. Editing and sharing pictures/videos without proper consent;
D. Copyright infringement. I will consider it as one should you upload it to a site and not give proper credit;
E. Plagiarism. I will consider it as one should you claim it as your own;
F. Monetizing the pictures/videos OR gaining profit from the pictures/videos.
